Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) – One of the two NABNE accredited Colleges in Canada (the other is in Vancouver), and is the College from which Alan Vu and Zeynep Uraz graduated from, after their Bachelor degrees. CCNM also houses a large naturopathic teaching clinic, in which both Alan Vu and Zeynep Uraz supervise 4th yr interns as CCNM faculty members.

Fitday.com – Free online resource where you can input your daily food and exercise. This lets you see your caloric intake vs. expenditure, as well as the balance of protein, fats, and carbs, plus lots of other info.
